Santa letters: a parent's guide

How do I make a personalised letter from Santa?

A grown-up adds a first name or nickname and a few optional favourite things or a special memory. You can type an optional age; only a broad age group is used, not the exact number or a date of birth. We personalise a reviewed Santa-letter template and show the opening free. Writing to Santa first is optional. AI-assisted wording needs separate permission.

Can I print a Santa letter at home?

Yes. Your own letter to Santa is free to print or save. For a personalised reply from Santa, pay £1 to unlock the full letter and designed PDF, then download it and print from a PDF reader or browser. Check the A4 portrait preview and include all pages for a longer letter. A free reply preview does not include the unlocked PDF.

Is the Santa letter free?

Writing your own letter to Santa is free. A personalised reply from Santa costs £1, or £2.50 for a four-letter family pack: save £1.50 (37.5%) compared with four single letters. Both are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. Preview the opening free before deciding. The full reply, designed PDF and parent email unlock only after payment is confirmed.

Will the letter arrive by email from Santa?

A paid reply includes a letter link and PDF sent to the verified parent's email from letters@santastorytime.com. Email is included in the £1 price, not an extra charge. The PDF is also available in your paid letters if the email goes to spam. We do not need a child's email address, and buying a letter does not sign you up for marketing.

What should my child write in a letter to Santa?

Start with a first name or nickname, then share something they enjoyed this year, a favourite hobby and a Christmas wish list. A parent can help with spelling or type their words. Keep home addresses, school names, phone numbers and other private details out of the letter. Santa's reply is a festive keepsake, not a promise that gifts will arrive.

What makes each Santa letter personalised?

The reply uses the first name or nickname and optional details you choose, such as favourite animals, hobbies, a kind moment or Christmas traditions. If your child writes to Santa first, their message helps shape the reply. A parent reviews the preview before buying; a full legal name or precise location is never needed.

Can older children, teens and adults get a Santa letter?

Yes. Santa Storytime letters are not limited to young children. Enter an optional age to adapt the wording for babies, children, teenagers or grown-ups, or leave it blank for an age-neutral letter. For a child, their parent or guardian provides permission. An adult can create a letter for themselves or another consenting adult. Purchasing stays in the adult account.

Can I download my Santa letter again?

Sign in to the same parent account and open My paid letters to recover the original PDF for 365 days from purchase, unless you delete it sooner. You can save it on your own device and print it at home. A lost download does not require paying for the same original again.
